Conditions of use :

1 . By reserving a service on the website www.tahiti-excursions.com, you accept these General Conditions of Sale immediately.

2 . Tahiti Excursions reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time via its website.

3 . The copy, reproduction, publication, downloading, transmission, distribution to the general public of any element used on the website (including text, images, URLs, prices, etc) are prohibited except for your personal and non-commercial use. Any use of any of these elements requires the written consent of the agency.

4 . The use of the website is limited to personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use this website for speculative, false or fraudulent purposes. You agree not to use robots or any other automated device to access this site without prior written permission.

5 . Tahiti Excursions does not charge any fee to modify the dates of an existing reservation provided that the request for modification is received at least 48 hours before the date of the excursion initially planned. Any change of date or modification will be confirmed subject to availability by our suppliers. Tahiti Excursions cannot guarantee the feasibility of a date change. Any request for a change of service date made the day before or the same day of the service may result in a 100% cancellation fee from the provider.

6 . It is possible that, exceptionally, the service providers and/or products may change the date of the service, the price, the inclusions, the process, the age limit, etc. Consequently, Tahiti Excursions reserves the right to cancel, modify or replace any service or product reserved at any time, for any reason. In case of refusal on your part, it will be possible to proceed to a full refund of the service. Nevertheless, if we are informed in advance of a change in service by one of our service providers, we will do everything in our power to notify the client in an appropriate manner to modify or revalidate the reservation if it is feasible to do so.

7 . The prices displayed on the website are per person, all taxes included, unless otherwise stated.

8 . Prices are displayed in xpf/euros (1 Euro = 119.331 XPF) and your card will be charged in Euros.

9 . The price of a quote can be modified without notice until confirmation of the services.

10 . Prices do not include tips for guides or drivers. They do not include drinks and food unless
specified in the "inclusions" on the service description page on the website.

11 . Reservation of the service(s) will be made after receipt of full payment by credit card.

12 . Your payment will appear in the name of Tahiti Excursions on your account statement.

13 . Refund is not possible once the service has started or has been used even partially.

14 . Cancellation of a reservation is subject to a cancellation fee as detailed below:

Cancellation made more than 48 hours before the service: No charge (except for specific policy given by the supplier and as specified at the time of booking).

Cancellation 48 hours before the activity date (or no show): 100% is due and no refund will be available

The exact amount of the cancellation fee will be notified when you cancel your reservation.

15 . An electronic voucher will be given to you for each service reserved.

16. Tahiti Excursions and its service providers cannot be held responsible for any accident, delay, or expense due to: illness, theft, strike, technical incident, quarantine, war, weather conditions, pandemic and generally any expense due to a change in schedule or service, or any other cause beyond their control.

17. Tahiti Excursions is an entity of e-TAHITI travel, an agency registered with the Tourism Department and holding an A license issued by the Territory of French Polynesia. As such, all our clients' deposits are protected by a bank guarantee.

18. Any complaint or dispute will be resolved by the Court of Justice of Papeete - Tahiti.
